Change your home and change your life. These first suggestions are for changing your most important physical space - your home.
Do you know where your wealth and prosperity areas are? There are two main (and equally valid) ways to determine your prosperity area. We recommend you follow the way that best resonates with YOU.
Black Sect Feng Shui is very popular and relatively simple. It assigns North to your front door. Therefore, your wealth area is is in the southeast as relative to your front door, (the left rear corner) rather than the true direction of Southeast. This school of feng shui makes figuring directions quite simple: your wealth area is the left rear corner from your front door.
Compass Style Feng Shui is often more popular among Wiccans and other earth centered traditions, as the actual magnetic directions are used, just as the four magnetic directions are used in a sacred circle or on an alter. In compass style Feng Shui, simply use a compass to determine southeast. This is your wealth area.
You can apply energetic "cures" to the wealth area of any room, plus to the southeast area of your entire home overall.
Allow space for a clear flow of energy in your wealth areas. Be sure to remove any clutter from these areas. Clutter attracts (and represents) stagnation and confusion, which can block fresh energy. Not good! In all areas of your home, ridding your Feng Shui areas of clutter can be a very powerful way to improve your life! Straightening clutter and getting rid of unnecessary stuff, is one of the easiest and most powerful ways to improve your life.
Repair or remove old, unattractive, or broken items. Do you have broken or unsightly items in your wealth areas? A great energy adjustment is simply to repair or remove them. Do you have stacks of old magazines and papers that you no longer need? Get rid of them. Piles of things you'll never get around to using again? Get rid of them and feel the energy change in your home!
Energetically, items that don't work are symbolic of something wrong or missing in that area of your life. This is something you definitely don't want in your wealth area! As you correct this, you are changing the energy flow. A few examples would be light switches that are shorting out, drawers that stick, or handles that are loose.
Enhance your wealth areas with Feng Shui, Wiccan, or personal symbols of prosperity. Many people make use of money frogs, Feng Shui coin cures, wealth attraction bells, etc. Create a visualization scrapbook with pictures of things you desire: a wonderful vacation spot or house for example, and keep this notebook in your wealth area. Something as simple as a "change jar" can be transformed into an energetic wealth cure! Make your jar a part of a beautiful display by adding lovely items such as crystals and healthy plants to energize your wealth area and help you transform your material reality. Lucky bamboo or orchids are a great choice here.
Make use of energetic colors. Accent your wealth areas with the colors green, gold and purple. Green symbolizes health and growth, gold is abundance and purple is the color of royalty and wealth. Colored crystals and/or crystals in fanciful shapes are wonderful to hang in this area! Use them for both their colors and their crystal energy.
Change your feelings and mindset, and change your life. The following suggestions have to do with your personal vibrations which can act as magnets to attract abundance.
Notice your habits with cash. Little habits may be indications of deep seated attitudes. How do you handle physical money? Are you coins dropped carelessly in the bottom of your purse or a drawer, or are they neatly collected in a special jar or coin purse? Is your paper money jammed into your wallet or pocket, or is it neatly folded? As you treat money with value, you are changing your mindset and thus your energetic vibration. Understanding that money is simply a form of energy is a big step in attracting it.
Adjust your attitude towards money. Look at your feelings about money? Were you taught that it is evil, that only spiritual dwarfs are rich, or that it is corrupt or unclean to have wealth? Make some adjustments to your attitude, recognizing that money is simply a form of energy, neither good nor evil. And in an abundance, energetic universe, there is plenty of money.
A spiritual principal of attention and mutual attraction applies to money. Be conscious (but not worried) about your inflow and outflow. Stay on top of your bills and check your bank balance regularly. If you use online banking, keep it bookmarked and use it often to reconcile your books. Place your checkbook in a cover that's attractive to you (perhaps in green, gold, purple, red, blue, or black) and keep it in the wealth area of your home or office. Place three coins either in a red envelope or as a Feng Shui coin cure in the same drawer or purse where your checkbook is kept.
Live in generosity. Have a generous outflow in your life. Give of yourself and your energy in the form of time and/or money. Fearful mindsets of hoarding only block the flow of energy to you. Donate to your favorite compassionate organizations. Be a good tipper. If your present money situation is tight, give of yourself in time and compassion, and you'll soon find the energy inflow towards you is freed up - resulting in more good things, including money.
Feel the gratitude. A wonderful way to start your day is to spend a few minutes to "count your blessings" before you get up. By creating a habit of gratitude you open the floodgates of abundance to come to you. Meditate upon the simple things that make your life beautiful, rather than upon what you lack or what needs to be done. Appreciation is a fabulous mindset that creates joy and attracts abundance.
As you apply various energetic cures and practice an "attitude of gratitude", you'll notice your life becoming more rich and fulfilling, both materially and spiritually. A rich life is much more than monetary abundance, but is truly determined by how aware and grateful you are of the fullness present in your life. You may already be rich in love, laughter, and health; as you delight in these things you actually create the energetic force that attracts more abundance.
